Everything you need to cover the Freedom Index Tracker — the first national A–F grading of all 50 states on the constitutional right to political boycott. Free to cite with attribution. No embargo.
At America's 250th birthday, 38 states have laws restricting, penalizing, or requiring contractual disavowal of political boycotts — a tradition running from the Boston Tea Party to the Montgomery Bus Boycott, and one the Supreme Court explicitly protected in NAACP v. Claiborne Hardware (1982). The Freedom Index Tracker is the first national resource grading every U.S. state A through F on how well it protects that right. Every grade is built from public legislative records, and every score has a "Show the math" disclosure so anyone can verify the methodology themselves.
